Vegan-friendly mithai, Healthy snacks, Meal bowls, gift boxes, and subscriptions

What we don’t promise:

We do not guarantee availability of all products at all times (seasonal ingredients may vary)


3. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Since we sell perishable food products, our policy is as follows:

βœ” Refunds/Cancellations Allowed When:
You cancel the order within 1 hour of placing it
You receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product
You provide clear photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery
✘ Not Eligible For Refund/Return:
If the product is opened, consumed, or tampered with
If the issue is reported after 24 hours
If you simply β€œdidn’t like the taste” (taste is subjective)

We always strive to make things right, but we reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on validity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tralata is not liable for:

Allergic reactions it health issues arising from ingredients - Our kitchen processes allergens, so avoid purchasing from us if you are severely allergic or intolerant to any food.Β 
If you have any mild food allergies or have any questions about food, do call/whatsapp text us for more information.

Maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

All branding, photos, packaging, product names, text, images, and website content belong to Tralata.

If any dispute arises:

You agree to first attempt to resolve it through email with our support team
If unresolved, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
